Mr. Arthur was born February 4, 1961 in Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany, the son of the late Thomas Joseph Arthur and the late Sandra Lee Arthur. Michael was a retired Exterminator for a Pest Control Company.

He lived life as a simple man, loving the outdoors, especially hiking and kayaking. He is survived by his fiancee, Kimberly Snyder of Star; two daughters: Amber Arthur of FL and Melissa Ramos of IN; granddaughter, Alyssa Arthur of FL; one sister: Heidi Tayman of FL; two brothers: James Arthur of FL and Kevin Arthur of IN.
