Obituary of Nehemiah Moore Biscoe – Nehemiah Alton Moore, age 78, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018, at his home. Mr. Moore was born in Moore County on November 28, 1939 to Alton Benjamin and Vinia Allen Moore. He was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Chris Strider Moore, of the home; one daughter, Rebecca Dawn Shepherd and husband, Eric, of Biscoe; three sons, Jeffrey Todd Logan of Texas, Timothy Logan of Texas, and Thaddaus Logan of North Carolina; sister, Elaine Stewart and husband, C.J., of Robbins; two brothers, Allan Moore and wife, Amy, of Star and Laddie Moore of Robbins; two grandchildren, Kimberly Samantha and Cody Shepherd; and great-grandchild, London Bowden. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 14, 2018, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 15, at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev.

Gene Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
