Obituary for Mickey Powless Mickey Powless, 76, of Anderson, passed away April 19, 2018 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital. He was born on April 8, 1942 in Anderson. Mickey graduated from Pendleton Heights High School.

He served his country in the Army. He worked as a union carpenter foreman for several years. He was a member of New Life Nazarene Church and enjoyed fishing, reading, building and doing crossword puzzles.

Mickey is survived by his children, Annaliza Powless Rodgers, April Powless, Scott Wilson, Lori (Jeff) Hawkins; stepson, Roger Whitehouse; grandchildren, David Arnold, Jr., Alisha (Justin) Lockridge, Casey Young, Kathryn Powless, Tyler Hawkins, Katie (Chris) Woolum, Adam Hawkins, Mary Hawkins, Jacob Hawkins, Natalie Hawkins, Jason Wilson, Aaron Wilson; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jon (Ruthann) Powless, Ricky (Loretta) Powless, Dianna (Jack) Hanshew, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Anna Jane Powless; father, Ivan Powless; mother, Georgia Powless; stepmother, Marjorie Powless; sister, Georgia (Herman) Matheney, brother-in-law , Jack Hanshew. A celebration of life will be Monday, April 23, 2018, 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory with Pastor Al Dayton officiating.

Visitation will be 2 hours prior. Burial will take place in the Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society 5635 W. 96th Street Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46278.
