Obituary for Tony Franklin Angel Tony Franklin Angel, 60, of Anderson, passed away on April 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born on July 18, 1957 in Muncie, and resided most of his life in Muncie and Yorktown. He served his country in the United States Navy.

He was previously employed by Carter Express. Tony liked fishing, model cars, and riding bicycles around town. Tony is survived by his loving girlfriend, Candace Hart of Anderson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Angel, and mother, Patricia Angel. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. www.
