Obituary for Mildred Eileen Buck Mildred “Eileen” Buck, 83, of Anderson, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Primrose Retirement Community, following an extended illness. Eileen was born on July 17, 1934, in Anderson, Indiana, to Irvin and Florence (Lemon) Shields. On April 22, 1961, she married the love of her life, Willard Buck, who passed away on April 20, 2014.

Eileen spent her life loving and serving those around her. She stayed home with her children in their early years and kept a very tidy and welcoming home. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping, visiting with others, and was a faithful member and volunteer at Madison Park Church in Anderson.

Eileen loved spending time with her family and friends. Eileen is survived by her three children, Brenda Bowman of Florida, Toby (Amy) Buck of Pendleton and Tracy (Mike) Grant, of Anderson; grandchildren , Mickey (Andrea) Clark, Hayley(Jeff) Baker, Sarah Lamson, Rachel (Zack) Moe, Levi Buck, Makentoch Buck, Payton Grant, Preston Grant, and Paige Grant; great-grandchildren, Chloe Baker, Jonah Baker, Lily Baker, Tyler Clark, Taylor Clark, Tatum Clark, and Kai Lamson; great-great grandchildren, Jayda Stewart, Gunner Clark, Ava Baker, Waylon Clark, Samson Clark, Brogan Clark; and her sister, Beverly (Jerry) Parker. She had several beloved nieces and nephews.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Buck, parents, Irvin and Florence Shields; and two brothers, Harold and Jim Shields. Services celebrating Eileen’s life will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at Robert Loose Funeral Home in Anderson with Rev. Chris Mishler officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson. Visitation for family and friends will also be Tuesday from 11-1 p.m. at Robert Loose Funeral Home, Anderson. www.
