Obituary for Minister Lola C. Graham Minister Lola C. Graham was born July 2, 1943, in Iredell County to the late Willie and Grace Smyre Clement. Minister Graham received her high school diploma and was a graduate of Catawba Valley Community College, Class of 1995. Lola worked at Broyhill Furniture Company, from which she retired after 15 years of service.

She continued to grow by getting her CNA4, after which she became licensed as a Medical Technician Administrator. She was also a certified Phlebotomist. She married Grady C. Graham on September 10, 1994.

This union held strong for 24 years. Together they traveled and spent time with family and enjoyed dining at Longhorn Steakhouse. She accepted her call into ministry in 2003 and received her license from Ramseur Baptist Church on August 24, 2003.

As she grew in ministry, she was led to St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church, where she was also licensed on January 27, 2013. Minister Graham was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. On Thursday, September 20, 2018, she departed this life at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby, NC.

Minister Graham leaves behind to cherish many memories, her husband of 24 years, Grady Graham; three sisters Carolyn Flippen (Jimmy), Mary M Lovelle (Jerry), Deborah Bollar; five brothers Dan Clement, Willie Clement (Brenda), Alvin Clement (Ann), Donald Clement and Buck Clement; three step children, Gregory Graham, Gerald Graham and Gennifer Graham; a host of grands, great-grands, and a number of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends; also left to cherish fond memories are the adopted children that they acquired over the years. Her favorite scripture was Proverbs 3:5. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
