She was born September 1, 1948 in Elizabethton. Nancy was a graduate of Elizabethton High School and East Tennessee State University.

She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father: Jack Ellis. Survivors include her mother: Iris Jenkins Ellis.

A Sister & Brother-in-Law: Barbara & Mike Melton. Her Nephews: Vance & Dan Melton, several cousins, and many beloved friends. It was her wish to be cremated and no services are planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Nancy to the Immanuel Baptist Church, 205 Hunter Avenue, Elizabethton, Tenn. 37643. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.
