Shepherd, age 79 of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Lindale City Cemetery in Lindale, Texas with Dave and Billie Stockam officiating. Nancy passed away, Saturday, February 23, 2019 in Tyler, Texas. She was born October 28, 1939 in Joplin, Missouri to the late Hershal A. and Evelyn E. (Busick) Stockam.

Prior to moving to Holly Lake Ranch, Nancy lived in Joplin, Missouri for 43 years where she worked as an Audit Report Typist for the BKD accounting firm for over 20 years. As a homemaker she loved cooking for her beloved family. Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jack E. Shepherd and a sister, Patricia Ann Stockam. Nancy is survived by daughters, Patty Robbins and husband, Mike of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas and Anita Fleig and husband Jim of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; brother, Dave Stockam and wife, Billie of Joplin, Missouri; sister, Betty Harper and husband, Sonny of Joplin, Missouri; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Missouri. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas.
