Funeral services for Winnie Bell, age 91 of Lindale, are scheduled or 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale with Bro. Jay Lockhart officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tyler.

Winnie passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 in Lindale. She was born August 13, 1927 in Alba, Texas to the late Andrew Barnum and Letha Mae (Watts) Prather. She was a member of the West Erwin Church of Christ in Tyler, worked as a bookkeeper during her life, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Bell in 1995; brothers, B.L. Prather and Earl Prather; sisters, Corine Riley and Janie Patterson. Winnie is survived by daughter, Kathy Hilliard and husband, Robert of Lindale; grandchildren, Shannon Donaghey and husband, John of Scottsdale, AZ, Chad Hilliard and wife, Hollie of Lindale, and Wesley Hilliard and wife, Andrea of San Antonio; 8 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousin. Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Hilliard, Wesley Hilliard, John Donaghey, Brady Hilliard, Clay Donaghey, Kyle Donaghey, and Carly Hilliard.

Honorary pallbearers include Mason Hilliard, Isla Hilliard, Soleil Hilliard, and Hugo Hilliard. Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale. The family would like to express a special thank you to the nurses and aides at Colonial Nursing Home in Lindale, her roommate Ms. Betty, and Hospice Connection.
