Nancy’s Obituary Nancy Mae Estep Pennington, age 70 of Lancaster, KY and formerly of Harlan County, passed suddenly at her residence on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. She was born in Harlan County on January 04, 1949 to Jess and Oakie Eversole Estep. Nancy worked 27 years for GTE Telephone Company as an operator and performed other various duties.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Pennington; parents, Jess and Oakie Estep;and brothers, David and Randy Estep. She is survived by her brother, Eddie Estep, of Cumberland; sisters, Wanda (Gary) Osborne, Betty (Michael) Halcomb and Oakie Evon Adams, all of Cumberland, and Ruby Estep; and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 15, 2019, between 3 – 4 pm at Tri City Funeral Home, 506 Holly Street, Benham, KY.

Funeral services will begin at 4 pm with Reverend Billy Conn officiating. Interment will follow in the Peaceful Acres Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. You may leave online condolences for the family at www.
