Nathan Brown, MD, 101, died on Monday May 21, 2018. Born in Utica, NY, the son of Morris and Katie Brown. Extraordinary physician for half a century, beloved husband of the late Betty (Flaggman) Brown and dear father of Lawrence (Adela Gondek), Marcia, and Daniel (Sheera).

Grandfather of Madeleine, Tristan, and Jessica. He was a brilliant and consummate physician and teacher who gave outstanding care to all he treated. He loved Judaism, literature, education and his family.

We profoundly feel his loss. Graveside service to be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:30AM at Temple Israel Riverside Cemetery, Binghamton, NY. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Garabad A. Fattal Community Free Clinic, Binghamton, NY; Temple Israel, Vestal, NY; or Wayne State Medical School Scholarship Fund, Detroit, MI.
