Nita was born on Friday, November 11, 1966, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, to Eddie and Linda Roark Carmickle. Nita was a loving, mother, daughter, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.

Nita is preceded in death by her son, Stephen Howard McIntire. Nita is survived by her parents, Eddie and Linda Roark Carmickle, of Maynard; son, James Edward Allen II, of Maynard; daughter-in-law, Candice Brooke Haun McIntire; and grandsons, Hunter and Carson, all of Blackwell, Oklahoma. All services will be held in the chapel of the Fears Family Funeral Home, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, on Sunday, December 23, 2018.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Nita’s funeral service will immediately follow, beginning at 3:00 pm; Chuck Carr, officiating. Burial will follow in the Ingram Cemetery, near Supply.
