OBITUARY Norma Gail Walker September 20, 1960 – September 20, 2018 Norma Gail (Schaefer) Walker, 58, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at her home. She was born September 20, 1960, in Evansville, to the late Norbert and Joan (Martin) Schaefer. She loved her dogs and enjoyed reading, crafts and shopping.

Norma was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Schaefer; nephew, Kyle; niece, Caty; her grandparents, and aunts and uncles. She is survived by her husband, Ron Walker; siblings, Deborah Schaefer, Judy Schaefer, Debbie Lynn Schaefer, Chris Schaefer and Richard Johnson; nieces, Beth, Amy, Jody, Megan and Nikki; 16 great nieces and nephews, 3 great-great nieces and nephews, and aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, September 24, 2018 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, officiated by Celebrant Carrie Hatchett, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday, September 23 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh County Humane Society.
