Waterford-Norma Elizabeth Noyce, 89, left this world on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Greentree Manor in Waterford. She was born June 26, 1929 in New London, CT. Norma was the daughter of Leland and Mildred (Chapman) Rogers.

Norma will now rejoin her late husband, “My Bill”, in eternal peace. Her husband, William L. Noyce, left her in January of 2007. He was the love of her life and they shared a wonderful life together.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Piper Lynn Noyce of Westerly, R.I.; a son, Tommie Wayne Noyce and his wife, Kathy of Montville, CT; a sister Katie Stefanski and her husband Kazmier of Uncasville; a grandson, Chipper (Charles) Noyce and her great-grandchildren, CJ, James, Makayla and Kayleigh; two special nieces, Robin Bonanno and Kim Stefanski; many cousins and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by four brothers, Stanley and Daniel Chester and Frederick and Robert Rogers. Funeral services will be at noon on Wednesday (January 30th), at Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Ocean Avenue, New London.

Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, New London. Calling hours will be Wednesday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service from 12-1 pm. For directions and online condolences, please visit www.
