Pamela C. Starling, age 67, of Pemberville, OH passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, OH. She was born on August 21, 1950 in Hamilton, OH to Shelton and Betty (Barber) Powell. On October 21, 1967 she married Larry Starling in Tampa, FL.

She enjoyed life and celebrated every day living for the moment. Her greatest love will always be her family, especially her grandson, the love her life. In addition to her husband Larry, Pamela is survived by her daughter, Lorie (Jay) Chapman and grandson, Logan Chapman of Pemberville; stepmother, Mary Powell of FL; sisters, Barbara Kokensparger of FL, Tiffany (Larry) Holden of FL; brothers, Danny (Cheryl) Cason of FL, Jonathan (Christina) Powell of FL, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Cleve Powell, Rodney Powell; and infant sister, Sandra Powell. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 27, 2018 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. Family and friends will be received beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will be in the Pemberville Union Cemetery, Pemberville, OH. Officiating will be the Servant Jerome R. Brooks. Memorials may take the form of contributions to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
