Patricia C. Beattie Age 71, of Waynesburg, passed away Friday July 20, 2018. She was born July 2, 1947 in Salt Lake City, UT, a daughter of the late Bennett and Louise (Ethington) Branson, had resided in Utah, Arizona and California, and came to Waynesburg in 2007 from Houston, TX. Patricia was a 1965 graduate of Westwood High School in Mesa, AZ, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Brigham Young University.

She was on a Service Mission in a Peanut Butter Factory in Houston, and also served 30 years with the Boy Scouts of America in many locations. Patricia is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in which she was extremely active. She is survived by her husband, Earl J. Beattie, with whom she celebrated their 43rd Wedding Anniversary on April 25th; two sons, Stephen Beattie and Kevin and Sarah Beattie; one grandson, Archer Beattie; two sisters, Jeannine Branson and Diane Branson.

Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 735 Easthill St. SE, North Canton 44720, with Brother Ron LaPenes officiating. Interment will be in Sandy valley Cemetery in Waynesburg.
