Hale passed away on March 14,2019 at Poplar Bluff, MO surrounded by her family and loved ones. The beloved mother to Tracy Chilton (Rhonda), Veronica Chilton Bryant (Douglas) and Jason Chilton (Michelle). Brothers Tom Hale (Judy) of Golden Valley, Az.

Harry Hale (Jeannie) of O’Donnell, Texas, Kenny Loftin (Barbara) of Apopka, Florida. And Cheri Hale Martin (Steve) of Centerville, MO. Many Nieces, nephews and friends.

A cherished Grammie that loved her 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, each one being the special one. Pat was born November 29,1950 to Mildred E (nee King) and George Thomas Hale in St. Louis, MO. Her parents preceded her in death.

Also preceding her were brothers, Dave Hale, Frank R. Hale and Ron Hale, Donnie Toolooze, Charles Hale, along with sisters Betty Huff, Georgia Finn and Kathy Pingel. And infant daughter, Mildred Mae Chilton. She was married to Giles B. Chilton December 5,1968 whom also preceded her.

Pat attended school in Qulin, Missouri and Centerville High. After starting a family, she entered the caretaking business and was very good at attending to the needs of others. Upon retirement she moved to the senior apartments and continued at times to care for others, but mostly enjoyed some extra times with the children and family.

Pat never met a stranger and gave hugs to everyone she met. She chose to donate her body to science, always joking there going to get one big old surprise. And so, in the end also choosing to help others.

There will be a Celebration of Life June 2,2019 at 9:00 for family and 11:00 for friends. Bring a picnic lunch and join the family at Elephant Rocks State Park, as that was her happy place and her choice. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
