Patricia Marie Roberson, 65, of Augusta, went to be with the Lord June 17, 2018 at The Crossing at Riverside in Searcy. She was born June 2, 1953 at Omaha, Nebraska to the late George Allen and Mary Ellen Smith. Mrs. Roberson accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of New Holly Grove Baptist Church in Augusta where she had served as Choir Director.

She proudly obtained her GED, but her greatest accomplishments was raising her seven children as a single mother, seeing that their each and every need was met. She loved her family dearly, and loved cooking big family dinners, especially for holidays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Dexter Barker; and brother, Ronnie Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memory five sons, Nelson Roberson (Audra) of Searcy, Morice Roberson (Michelle) of Augusta, Richard Gibson Jr. (Linda) of Searcy, Shelly Gibson of Augusta, and Quincy Gibson of Augusta; two daughters, Hyadies Roberson of Searcy and Nebula McMath (Anthony) of Jonesboro; sixteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Eric Smith (Peggy) of Omaha, Nebraska; one sister, Betsy Fletcher of Toledo, Ohio; three special friends, Phyllis Miler, Rowena Whitfield, and Dorothy Jackson; as well as a host of extended family and friends. Service times are pending at this time.
