Paul A. Jessee, 78, of Bristol, Virginia passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at his home in Bristol, Virginia. He was born in Wise, VA on October 30, 1940, a son of the late Walter and Minnie Freeman Jessee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Bobbie Salyers and Nancy Pruitt; four brothers, Thurman Jessee, William Jessee, John Jessee, and Charles Jessee.

Paul was a resident of Bristol for many years and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He worked at John Battle High School for several years in maintenance. He loved fishing and gardening.

He attended Union Hope Presbyterian Church, Bristol, VA. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Eula Faye Crosswhite Jessee; two sisters, Charlotte Kabler of Roanoke, VA and Jean Gilley of Pound, VA; and several other family members. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee Street, Bristol, VA 24201.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, with Pastor Mark Barr officiating. The committal service and interment will be conducted after in Denton Cemetery, Bristol, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
