Obituary for Paula Brown (Hale) Paula Renê Brown, 57, passed away at her residence in Carbondale on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. She was born on November 12, 1960, in Carbondale, to Billy L. Hale and Pauline E. (Moutell) Hale. Ms. Brown is survived by her son Michael Anthony Brown of DuQuoin; one grandson Dylan of DuQuoin; her mother Pauline Hale of Murphysboro; three brothers Ray and Carol Hale and Marvin and Karen Hale, all of Murphysboro and Earl Hale and Carl Hayes of Newport, RI.

She was preceded in death by her father. Her body will be cremated, and there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the family.
