ROACH – Peggy Joyce Roach, 83, of Dawsonville, GA, formerly of Duluth, GA died November 13, 2018. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the Duluth First United Methodist Church with Rev. C. Kay Fuino officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. Ms. Roach, a native of Bellefonte, PA was a member of the Duluth First United Methodist Church. She is survivied by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Kendall Seabolt of Dawsonville, GA; son, Tim Roach; granddaughter, Brittaney Hearn and her husband Kenneth of Bethlehem, GA; great grandchildren, Braysen Hearn, Kensley Hearn, Keelyn Hearn; brothers and sister-in-law, Richard Rockey, David (Agnes) Rockey all of Bellefonte, PA, Stan Rockey of Fayetteville, PA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marge (John) Zeleznick, Delores Rockey all of Bellefonte, PA, Sandra Robinson of TN, Bonnie (Pat) Martin of Jefferson, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Elmer Rockey; sisters, Maudella Bierly, Barbara De Funo, Janet Slavin; brothers, Jack Rockey, Styrl Rockey, Junior Rockey, Robert Rockey; several nieces and nephews.
