Mrs. Louise M. Estes died unexpectedly in Snellville, Ga. on November 4th, 2018 at the age of 92. Louise is survived by her children, Andrew D. Estes, Huntsville, Al.

Linda Estes Wells (Randy), Snellville, Ga. Nephews Bob Muise, IL. , Michael Moring, FL Robin Sigler (Ca) and Niece Lisa Sigler Panacci (Bob) Ca She is preceded in death by her husband James H Estes, brother James Muise, and sister Madeline Sigler.

Louise was born on May 25th in St Andrews, Florida to Louie Steven Muise & Martha Evelyn Strickland. Louise met her husband James while he was stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base and they were married at the St. Andrews Methodist church in 1950. Louise and James lived in Florida, New Mexico and South Dakota before moving to Atlanta in 1953.

Their son Andrew was born in Atlanta and their daughter Linda was born in Denver, Colorado. After moving back to Atlanta in 1969, Louise began working at Doctors Hospital in Tucker where she worked for nearly 30 years before retiring. She continued to work at several Hallmark stores in Tucker until 2004.

Louise was an avid gardener and excellent seamstress. She was creative and loved decorating during the holidays. She loved to read, listen to music & watch the wild birds (especially the blue bird and hummingbirds) This past winter, she would build a roaring fire and watch football.

She always had a cat and loved them dearly. Louise will be most remembered for her genuine love for her family and generosity to all. She was a Sweet Strong Southern Woman that everyone loved.

She will be missed greatly. A celebration of life will be arranged by the family at a later date. Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel.
