Phyllis Broadbent 1931 ~ 2018 Phyllis Alberta Stauffer Broadbent, 86, of Clinton, Utah, passed away of cancer at her home on October 5, 2018. She was born in Ogden, Utah, November 30, 1931 to Fern B. and Ida Alberta Walters Stauffer. She was raised in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School in 1949.

Phyllis married Norman Broadbent on January 14, 1950 in Ogden, Utah. Together they were the parents of three boys and three girls. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings.

She is survived by her children; Gary (Linda), Kevin, Doug, Norine (Richard), Betty, Sandra, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Memorial Park, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd, Layton, Utah.

The family would like to give special thanks to Hearts for Hospice for their care of their mother.
