Ralph was a 1980 graduate of Poland Seminary High School, where he played football and basketball. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1984 with the rank of A1C. After his military service, Ralph lived in Tacoma, Washington and Santa Ana, CA for several years, before returning to the Youngstown area.

In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf and watching football, especially rooting for the Cleveland Browns and Michigan Wolverines. A people person, Ralph didn’t know a stranger and loved talking to everyone. He was a true family man and Ralph will always be remembered as a dedicated and loving son, father, brother, and uncle.
