Randall “Randy”‘s Obituary Randall “Randy” Lee, 60, Minot, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at a Minot hospital. Randy was born on August 15, 1958 in Stanley, North Dakota to Rockie J.E. and Crystal (Dennis) Lee. He was raised in the Stanley, Minot, and Rugby areas.

Randy left school early to begin his working career, but later proudly earned his GED. Throughout the years, Randy owned many businesses. At one time or another, he owned companies engaged in painting, construction, and automobile repair.

On December 31, 1982, he married Brenda Robbins in Rugby, ND. Randy loved working on cars. His favorite activity, however, was watching his sons work on various cars while offering helpful hints and suggestions.

Along with his brother Mike, he was a member of the ROW Motorcycle Club. Later in life, Randy took great pleasure in spending time with his grandchildren watching Spongebob Squarepants. Randy is survived by his wife Brenda; sons: Darren (April) Lee, Minot, Jesse (Krystal) Lee of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Dustin (Kaity) Lee, Minot, and Michael Thurow, Minot; brothers Mike (Karen) Lee and Ronnie Lee; sister Ellie (Wayne) Schaan; grandchildren Trevor, Logan, Jasmine, Daysun, Riley, Alana, Amaya, Kayden, Arlo, Serenity, and Justice; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Rockie and Crystal Lee, and father-in-law Darryl Robbins. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home in Minot with visitation to begin one hour prior to the start of the service.
