Randy A. Helt, 52, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at his residence. He was born on July 4, 1966 in Terre Haute, Indiana the son of Arnold and Wanda June (Budd) Helt. Randy was a US Marine Veteran.

He was a member of Maryland Community Church is Terre Haute, Indiana. Randy is preceded in death by his grandparents, aunt, Martha Cullison and father-in-law, John “Buckwheat” Bruner. Survivors include his parents, Arnold and Wanda Helt of Terre Haute, Indiana, loving wife Myra (Bruner) Helt, three sons; Levi Presley Helt of Midland, Indiana, Ronnie (Tori) Goodman of North Carolina and Eric (Hannah) Goodman of North Carolina, brother, Tony (Jackie) Helt of Carbon, Indiana, sister, Tonya Helt of Terre Haute, Indiana and two grandchildren; Mason and Emma Goodman, mother-in-law, Carolyn (Jim) Anderson.

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 7:00 PM, Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rich McPhail officiating and a Military service by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and Sullivan county VFW Post. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home.

Burial will be at a later date in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana.
