Obituary for Rayburn O. Lang Rayburn Oliver Lang, 78, of Battle Creek, MI, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2019. He was born in Decatur, Alabama, on February 11, 1940, to the late Robert Jessie and Maime Gladys (Brown) Lang. He was the youngest of their ten children.
Ray was a millwright at Post Cereals, resulting in later retirement after over 30 years of service. Rayburn married Beverly Ann Stevenson in 1958, in Battle Creek and the two spent 59 wonderful years together. Ray is survived by his three children; Tim (Annette) Ray Lang, Jeff (Kelli) Allen Lang, and Shawn (Troy) Renee Dillion; eight grandchildren, Adam Vosburg, Andria Lang, Courtney Foreman, Emily Lang, Kalie Foreman, Megan Foreman, Luke Dillion, and Alexis Lang.
He was an avid golfer, enjoyed puzzles, collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, and watching sports on television. But, the most important part of his life was spending time with his grandchildren and beloved pet dog, Jessie, that he adored so much. To send flowers to the family of Rayburn O.
