Thomas’ Obituary Thomas Lee “TJ” Parlier II, 33, of Battle Creek, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. TJ was born on February 11, 1985, in Coldwater, the son of Thomas Lee and Dawn Michell (Bradley) Parlier. TJ had battled Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes and Cirrhosis for many years.

He received a liver transplant in 1999. He enjoyed building and customizing model car kits along with a keen interest in cars and motorcycles. TJ is survived by his mother and stepfather Dawn (Darris) Bradley-Deal of Battle Creek and his father and stepmother Thomas (Cheryl Velting) of California.

TJ also leaves his siblings Mellissa Parlier of Shipshewana, Indiana, Laurel (Anthony) Beekman of Coldwater, Trista (Mark) Parlier-Maske of Battle Creek, Eric (Gwen) Baldwin of Battle Creek, Samantha Baldwin of Battle Creek, Paul Parlier of Florida, Jacob (Linsey) Velting of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Brian (Lauren) Abbie of Sacramento, California and Lauren Abbie of West Virginia. TJ is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his maternal grandfather Larry (Sandra) Bradley. TJ was preceded in death by his brother Joshua Parlier on June 29, 2006.

He was very close with his first cousin Michelle Bradley who preceded him on August 14, 2018. He was also preceded by his paternal grandparents Russell and Nancy Parlier, his maternal grandmother Mary Perry and step-grandfather William Perry. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, Tuesday, January 22, 2018 at the Church of Christ, 122 North 20th Street, Battle Creek with a memorial service beginning at 5:00pm.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Arrangements are by Royal Funeral Home. Condolences and online guest book may be viewed at www.
