Raymond Edward Holzer, age 54, of Hot Springs, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018. He was born on November 18, 1963 in Hot Springs, the Son of Richard Lenn Holzer and Raye Campbell Holzer. On July 27, 1991, he married Lisa Sheets.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Raymond was of the Methodist faith. He was a printing pressman for Legacy Printers in Hot Springs.

Much to his chagrin, “Everybody Loved Raymond”. He was adored by anyone that knew him. He was a renowned prankster, always good for a laugh.

But he also had an incredibly generous, helpful spirit. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Holzer of Hot Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Rick Holzer and wife Chris; nephew, Ricky Holzer and wife Kayla; nephew, Andrew “Clovis” Holzer; nephew, Aaron Sheets; two brothers-in-law, Deno and Teno Sheets; his bonus daughters, Hayley and Cheyenne Sheets; fur children Zoe and Gadget; as well extended family members and anyone fortunate enough to call him friend. His celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 6, 2018 at Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs, with Terry Diggs officiating.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday evening, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Crestview Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Deno Sheets, Andrew Holzer, Aaron Sheets, Ricky Holzer, Harold Cleveland Duke, III, and Kevin Hall.

Honorary pallbearers will be his work family at Legacy Printers, Teno Sheets and Rick Holzer. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Raymond Holzer Memorial Fund at any Regions Bank location. Guest registry is at www.
