Obituary for Rebecca “Becky” Kamprath Rebecca “Becky” Kamprath, 74, of Grand Island passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018. Memorial service and celebration of Becky’s life will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at All Faiths Funeral Home. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 12:00 until service time.

The family requests that anyone with a bowling shirt to please wear their shirt for Becky and her favorite pastime. Becky was born August 24, 1944 in Lincoln, the daughter of George and Mildred (Rohn) Schneider. She grew up in Lincoln, graduating from Lincoln High School, class of 1962.

She married the father of her girls, Dennis Kamprath, in 1965. Becky stayed busy with her in-home daycare and as a Mary Kay Consultant. She was a member of LWML, the Ruth Society and served on the reception committee at Trinity Lutheran Church.

She loved to bowl, and belonged to the Grand Island/Cairo Bowling Association. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing and murder mysteries. When Gary Langley came into her life, he taught her to play golf and she belonged to the Fonner View Ladies League until they disbanded.

She and Gary also loved to travel, taking numerous trips to Branson, MO. Those who will cherish her memory include her significant other, Gary Langley; daughters, Laura Richards of Grand Island, Karyn (Steve) Daake of Kearney and Diane (George) Wassinger of Grand Island; two grandchildren, Abby Richards and Kristen Ludwig; two great-grandchildren, Savannah and Ryker; and a sister, Georgeanne Wilson of Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her parents.
