Rebecca Jane Cullen Rebecca Jane Cullen, 68, of Vienna died March 12, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born August 23, 1950 in Weston, WV, the daughter of the late John Thomas and Martha Margaret Jarvis Cullen. Rebecca was a homemaker and enjoyed playing golf.

She loved spending time with family and friends and spoiling her grandchildren and beloved dog Mica. She is survived by her husband James Carder; children Travis Smith (Kristi Barnes) of Parkersburg, Shannon Elkins (Troy) of Parkersburg and Kimberly Herron (Michael) of Weston, WV; grandchildren Tiffany St. Louis (Caleb), Troy Elkins III, Emily Herron, Josie Ramsey-Smith, Avery Herron and Connor Elkins; great grandchildren Adalae and Rykah St. Louis; siblings Ron Cullen, Sue Moran, Steve Cullen, Bill Cullen, Mike Cullen, Angie Lewis and Chris Cullen and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Mary Laverne “Bernie” Lewis.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Saturday March 16, 2019 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Vienna, with Father John Gallagher as Celebrant. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Weston. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.
