Rexford Vinson Spencer, 53, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the VA Medical Center in Louisville, KY. He was born on June 11, 1964 to Glenn and Betty Jane (Murley) Spencer in Jeffersonville, IN. He was an U.S. Air Force Veteran where he served in Desert Storm, and loved horse racing.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Spencer; sister, Robin Deann Spencer. Survivors include his father, Glenn Spencer of Charlestown, IN; brother, Brad Spencer (Lisa) of Charlestown, IN; nephew, Cameron Spencer of Charlestown, IN. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery.

Visitation will begin after 9:30am on Friday.
