Obituary for Richard C. “Curt -The Dent Man” Gearhart Richard C. ‘Curt’ Gearhart Dec. 26, 1958 – May 13, 2018 Richard C. “Curt” “The Dent Man” Gearhart, 59, Altoona, passed away on Sunday at his residence, following an extended illness. He was born in Altoona, son of the late William R. and Patricia (Drenning) Gearhart.

Surviving are two daughters: Ashley P. Campbell and Marissa Lombardo-Matthews; a son, Lucas R. Gearhart; six grandchildren: Emily, Johnathan, Sarah, Collin, Joel and Logan; a sister, Elizabeth A. Csrnko; a brother, William R. Gearhart; three nephews; and a niece. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Mitchell Gearhart. Curt was a 1977 graduate of Altoona Area High School, and he was the owner of Curt Gearhart Paintless Dent Removal.

He enjoyed boating, fishing, skiing, woodworking, music, and tinkering. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018, and from 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park, Pastor Ron Anderson officiating.
