Obituary for Richard R. Collison Collison, Richard R., Saginaw, Michigan. Beloved father and grandfather went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Sunday, June 10, 2018 surrounded by his family. Age 87 years.

Son of the late Raymond and Margaret (Lewis) Collison, Richard was born March 30, 1931 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of American Legion Post #439. He married Loretta (Lolly) Pickleman on August 23, 1952.

She predeceased him November 4, 2007. Richard had been employed by CSX Railroad for 38 years retiring in 1989. Richard enjoyed all sports especially hunting and fishing and playing the accordion and organ.

Surviving to cherish his memory are one son and two daughters, David Collison, Carrollton; Linda and James Bader, Saginaw; Laura and Roger Burchfield, Jenison, Michigan; four grandchildren, Drew and Brandi Collison, Lisa and Jeremiah Burns, Kelly and Tommy Wisniewski and Molly Bader; six great-grandchildren, Colton Hopp, Nolan Collison, Ace Burns, Roe Burns, Holly Wisniewski and Max Wisniewski; several nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Dr. L. Kinachtchouk, who Dick loved, and also his dear friend, Kenneth Wuepper for their many adventures at the Temple Theatre. Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2018 at Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.

(between Shattuck and McCarty). Entombment will take place in Roselawn Memorial Mausoleum. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
