Obituary for Richard “Rick” Redding Frankfort – Richard “Rick” Redding, age 59, passed away at home, Sunday, July 15, 2018 in Lawrenceburg. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Eaton officiating.
Burial will follow at Frankfort Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2018. Mr. Redding was born in Frankfort on April 21, 1959.
A long-time employee of Pilkington North America Inc., Mr. Redding was hardworking and dedicated. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and attending Capital City Christian Church.
Above all, his daughters were his life, and he loved them dearly. He will be greatly missed by his loving sisters. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Carl Redding and by his grandmother, Stella Redding.
He is survived by his two beloved daughters, Lauren Elizabeth Redding and Bethany Gracen Redding and his sisters, Susie Peyton (Randy), Peggy Perry (Klien), Jonna Howard (Jerry), and Jill Redding. He was also blessed with several nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Peyton, Klien Perry, Gavin Peyton, Jerry Howard, and Scott Hollingsworth.
Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Perry and Terrell Royalty. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home. To send a memorial gift to the family of Richard “Rick” Redding please visit our Sympathy Store.
