Robert “Bob” Lee Foote March 05, 1957 – February 12, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Robert “Bob” Lee Foote, age 61, of Sandusky passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 surrounded by his family. Bob was born March 5, 1957 in Cass City to Robert and Donna (Kerbyson) Foote. He married Sandra Rutkowski on January 24, 1976 in Sandusky.

Bob was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service, a custodian for Sandusky Schools and owned and operated his own small engine repair business. He retired as a manager for Michigan Peat. Bob enjoyed music, telling jokes and meeting people but he especially loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandra Foote; three children, Jennifer (James) Shultz, Robert (Brooke) Foote and Cortney (Shayla) Cogswell; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren with one on the way; his mother, Donna Foote; two sisters, Debbie (Charles) Talley and Lizzie (Bill) Graybill; two brothers, Gerald (Priscilla) Foote and Ronald Foote; his daughter-in-law, Tonya (Mark) Hartel; several nieces and nephews and his four legged babies, Patches and Hollow. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Foote. The Family will receive visitors from 2-8 PM Friday, February 15, 2019 and from 10 AM until the time of service Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky with Pastor Penny Nunn officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund. Friends may share an online condolence at www.
