Obituary for Robert Cantrell Robert Cantrell, age 88, of Bulls Gap, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018, at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital. He was a son of the late John and Gorda Lambert Cantrell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Donna Marie Cantrell and Sheryl Lynn Cantrell; granddaughter, Niki Cantrell; grandson, Jared Graham; sisters, Ann Lou Cook, Lizzie Velma Cook, Mabel Marie Cowan, and Katherine Cassie Bohm; brothers, John Walter Cantrell, Willie Thomas Cantrell, Edgar Anderson Cantrell, and Clarence Andrew Cantrell.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Bulls Gap, IBEW, and FandAM Lodge 764. He loved his family, the church, and enjoyed doing things for others. Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Ruth M. Cantrell; daughters, Rhonda Holt, and Kathy Zientek and husband Eddie; sons, Kenneth Cantrell, and Randall Cantrell; sister, Jessie Helen Carmack; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, October 5, 2018, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Pastor Wayne Brombreg officiating.

A masonic service will be conducted prior to the funeral service. The graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 1:00 pm at Long Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at www.
