Obituary for Johnnie Murrell Johnnie Wallen Murrell, age 84, of Rogersville, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018. She was a member of Spires Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kate and John Wallen; sisters, Beulah Fields, Josie Gibson, and Pauline Davis.

Johnnie is survived by her son, Dwayne Murrell of Rogersville; grandson, Dennis Murrell of Rogersville; two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Jacob Murrell; sister, Mattie Helton of Rogersville; two nieces and several nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev.
