Obituary for Nancy Carol Triplett Nancy Carol Triplett, age 79, of Rogersville, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at her home. She was born on August 19, 1939, a daughter of the late Bobby and Mary Bell Bowman Tullock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Glen “Shine” Long, and Elmer “Sie” Triplett; daughter, Deborah Cinnamon; step-son, Robbie Triplett; sisters, Frances Richards, and Minnie “Kathy” Cotter; and brother, Roy “Junior” Tullock.
She was a member of Tarpine Valley Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving daughters, Patricia Russell and husband Gary, Diane Mowl and husband Bobby, Jr., and Judy Nichols and husband Dave; son-in-law, Norman Cinnamon; special grandsons of the home, Calvin and William Russell; sister, Kaneta Bembow; step-son, Greg Triplett; 10 grandchildren, Justin Long, Heather Vale, Calvin Russell, William Russell, Bobby Mowl, III, Trinity Matroni, Ashley Garrett, Jeannie Russell, Erin Lawson, and Rachel Lawson; 17 great grandchildren, Darren Mallett, Cycilia Long, Justin Carver, Amara Frazier, Ashiya Frazier, Wyatt Anthony, Alana Matroni, Haleigh Matroni, Nick Matroni, Noah Garrett, Ezra Garrett, Malachi Garrett, Madison Vale, Bobby Mowl, IV, Addison Mowl, Carter Mowl, and Faith Mowl. The family would like to extend a special thanks to her grandson, Calvin Russell, for being her full time caregiver.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Preacher Ken Cradic officiating. Music will be provided by Jason Roach.
The graveside service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 10, 2018, in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be sent at www. christiansells.com.
