Obituary for Paul Roger Manis Paul R. Manis, age 74, of Rogersville, joined his parents in heaven with the angels on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, from the Hawkins County Hospital. He was a son of the late Gale and Elora Gordon Manis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Manis.

He had a great love for music and was a very talented guitarist. He was also a hard worker, a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Sandra “Joann” Manis; daughter, Krystal Lamons-Reeves and husband Chris; sons, Ronnie Paul Manis and wife Angela, and Tony Manis; “adopted” daughter, Rita Manis and husband Tim; “honorary” daughter, Vickie Jarvis; grandchildren, Hunter Lamons, Zaine Salyer, Kross Reeves, Hannah Bloomer, Christopher Buttry, Jordaine Lamons, Chasity Human and husband Kenny “Andy”, Destiny Manis, Gabrielle Manis and fiance Hunter Dean, Ronnie Paul Manis II, Preslei Manis, and Tiffany Manis,; mother-in-law, Ada Lee Phillips; several great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Andrews and husband C.D., and Nancy Barrett ; and brother, Roy “Pete” Manis and wife Brenda.

Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Online condolences may be sent at www.
