Rogersville: Charles “Brad” Steele, age 44, of Rogersville, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Knoxville. He was a member of East Rogersville Baptist Church. Brad was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Suzie Elkins; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Betty Steele.

He is survived by his parents, Karen Elkins Hayes and husband, Rufus and Scott Steele; sister, Bernice Hayes; brothers, Josh Steele and wife, Ashley, all of Rogersville, Jimmy Hayes and wife, Tammy of Knoxville; aunts, Jeannie Dewitte and husband, Steve, Amy Gregg, Phyllis McAdams and husband, Joel, Amanda Jarvis and husband, Steven and Mitzi Lee; uncle, Daryl Steele and wife, Kim; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special buddy, Chipper. The family has been blessed to have had FMC Dialysis as both caregivers and wonderful friends, especially, Peggy and Vince. A special thank you to Dr. Stephen Kiss and Dr. Borelli Visitation hours will be 12:00 Noon to 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 2, 2018 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 2, 2018 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in McKinney Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.
