Obituary for Flora “Grace” Hawkins Flora “Grace” Hawkins, age 90, of Bulls Gap, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018, at Park West Hospital in Knoxville. She was a member of Guthrie’s Gap Primitive Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her.

Grace loved singing gospel music and attending Gospel concerts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Truman Hawkins; parents, Robert H Christian and Lola Christian; son, Ronnie Hawkins; great grandson, Holton Hayes; brother, Charles ( Cricket ) Christian; and sister, Alice Irene Christian. Grace is survived by her loving children; son, Roy David Hawkins and wife Lisa; daughter, Vonda Hayes and husband Mike; five grandchildren, Stacy, Cody, Lisa, Ian and Jessica; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sister, Dorothy Barnett; brother, Robert Christian and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. The funeral ceremony will follow at 6:00 pm with Rev. Larry Miller and Rev.

Dannie Bell officiating. The graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery, family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 am. Online condolences may be sent at www.
