Taft – Robert R. Elizardo, III passed away peacefully on February 12, 2019. He was 52. Robert was born on January 26, 1967 in Sinton, Texas to Antonia (Rodriguez) and Roberto V. Elizardo, Jr

He was a self-employed construction worker and a lifelong resident of Taft, Texas. Preceding in death are his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles. Survivors include his parents: Roberto V. and Antonia R. Elizardo of Taft, Texas; daughters: Valerie Elizardo and Vanessa Elizardo (Chris Martinez) of Victoria, Texas; grandchild: Jazlynn Carmen Martinez; brother: Roy Elizardo of Taft, Texas: sisters: Yolanda E. Villarreal (John) of Portland, Texas; Ida E. Hernandez (Danny) of Texas City, Texas and Monica E. Sanchez (Jerry) of Taft, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 14, 2019, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Taft with Father Pete Stanley as celebrant.

Burial will follow in Taft Memorial Park Cemetery, Taft. Guestbook and video available online at www. resthavenfunerals.com Arrangements and care entrusted to Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton.
