Robert Wagers February 08, 1972 – February 08, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Robert Wagers, 47, of Laurel passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on February 8, 1972 in Hamilton Ohio to the late William Wagers and Myrtle Hoskins Wagers. Robert attended Crosspointe Biker Church in Connersville.

In his leisure time he enjoyed going fishing, drawing, and listening to music. He was a kind hearted Teddy Bear. He had many special friends, he considered family.

He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by a brother, James Wagers; three sisters, Dorothy Strong, Julie Steele and Christine Grimes; a niece, Amy Lara; a niece he considered his daughter, Bobbie Jo Rader; a great niece, Mikhylie Rader; a sister in law, Penny Pence; a son, Arliss Stewart; a special friend, Patty Stewart; and he will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, Sam Wagers, Ance Wagers, Joseph Wagers, Billy Wagers and Martin Wagers; two sisters, Emily Koedel and Marilyn Doty; and a nephew, Joey Wagers.

Visitation for Robert will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W.8th Street, Connersville, Indiana 47331. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home at 1:00 pm with Reverend Gary Buchanan of First Church of Connersville officiating. Burial will follow in Laurel North Cemetery.
