71, of Danielson, CT, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Charles “Chick” Laurito and Rose (DiMente) Laurito Cesino. Ronald was a longtime member of various local oldies groups including the DeSotos, Street Corner Serenade, and Reminisce, where he was best known for his dynamic vocal range and ability which was celebrated in songs like “Cara Mia” and “Daddy’s Home”.

His passion was singing and music. He also loved photography and had a great sense of humor. He was the former husband of Sharon Bell of Danielson, CT; loving father of Rana DeQuattro and her husband Michael of Johnston, Danielle Laurito and Stefanie Laurito both of Danielson, CT; cherished brother of Richard “Rick” Laurito of Worcester, MA and the late Georgiana Laurito.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m. followed by a service at 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. , Cranston. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Day Kimball Healthcare Development Department, c/o Oncology Department, P.O. Box 632, Putnam, CT 06260.
