Rosemary’s Obituary Rosemary Emma Wallis, 87, formerly of Plumsteadville and Doylestown, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 in the Lutheran Community at Telford. She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late James H. Wallis, who died in 2015. Born in Doylestown, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Emma (Remington) Smith.

She was employed as a bus driver for Central Bucks School District for many years. Mrs. Wallis was a member of Grace Gospel Chapel in Plumsteadville. In her free time she enjoyed sewing, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and playing games.

She is survived by two sons: David E. Wallis and his wife Ruth of Lansdale, Michael J. Wallis of Doylestown, four grandchildren: Rev. Benjamin E. Wallis, Jennifer Wallis, Robert Myers, Lauren Van Pelt, and nine great grandchildren: Charlotte Ann Wallis, Rosemarie and Nathan Groninger, Christopher, Sean, and Ryan Van Pelt, AJ, Tyler, and Emily Myers. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 11 AM in the Luther Rose Chapel of the Lutheran Community at Telford, 12 Lutheran Home Drive, Telford, PA.

Family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Interment is private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Marcia A. Wallis Memorial Scholarship Fund, Attn: Lauren Van Pelt, 145 Meetinghouse Rd.
