Obituary for Ruth A. Jung Ruth Ann Jung, 76, of Hager City, WI, died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, November 11, 2018. Ruth was born on October 11, 1942 in Bowdle, South Dakota to Valentine and Sophie (Jacober) Wentz. When she was young, her family moved to Diamond Bluff, where she grew up and graduated from Prescott High School.

Ruth was united in marriage to Morris Jung on November 25, 1961 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Red Wing. She worked for many years at Josten’s before retiring in the late 1990’s, and at Kask Bar in Diamond Bluff. She enjoyed crocheting hand towels to give as gifts and decorating her home for all of the seasons.

Ruth had a good sense of humor and was an excellent cook, especially with German food. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and Bay City Legion Auxiliary. Ruth is survived by her husband, Morris of Diamond Bluff; three children, Todd (Sonja) Jung of Winnemucca, Nevada, Jeff (Linda Heineman) Jung of Red Wing, and Stacy Jung of Diamond Bluff; special friend, like a daughter, Jen (Dan) McGlad of Lino Lakes and her son, Aaden; five grandchildren, Rebecca (Dan) Sutherland, Daniel, Nikolaus, Logan, and Tashina Jung; siblings, Lois Kask of Diamond Bluff, Charlotte Huppert of Prescott, and Linda (Dale) Kinneman of Diamond Bluff; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Ardella Klein and Emma Loeffler; and brother-in-law, Mervin (Loretta) Jung.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Freddy, Roger, and Val Wentz. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018 at First Lutheran Church in Red Wing with Rev. Arthur Sharot officiating.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, November, 14, 2018 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel, and one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday. Online condolences can be left for the family at www. mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
