Samantha Faye Bozarth, 49, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at her home. She was born August 10, 1969 in Daviess County, KY to the late Jesse Bozarth and Lana Faye Ward Lira. She enjoyed shopping and watching supernatural and western TV shows.

Her kids and grandkids were her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Bozarth; and a sister, Shanna Bozarth. Samantha is survived by her children, Brandon Hawkins (Michelle), Brittaney Hawkins (Josh) and Caressa Schrecker (Austin); three grandchildren, Noah, Aubrey and Harper; two sisters, Victoria Bozarth and Louann Bozarth; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 in the chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Cremation. Visitation is from 12 to 3 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
