Mary Arlene Hatfield, age 83 of Big Clifty, passed away Sunday, February 24th 2019 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. She was born May 5th 1935 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of William Lester & Ruby Manion Hatfield. She was a retired office administrator at LG&E and a member of the East Grayson County Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her brother, James Hatfield, three special nephews Andrew Edwards, Tyler & Hunter Hatfield, and several other nieces and nephews. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenn & Haynes Hatfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.

Burial will be in the Antioch Church Cemetery in Big Clifty. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Watson and Hunt Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Ms. Hatfield.
