Sandra Rae Gose, age 69, Lawton, died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Lawton. She was born February 1, 1950 in Lawrence, Kansas to William Conrad and Shirley Johnson.

She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri where she graduated high school as a National Merit Scholar. Following graduation she attended the University of Missouri Columbia where she met Robert Claude Gose. They were married on August 14, 1971 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Sandra established and was the executive director of Medical Imaging, Inc. in Lawton. She had also served as the executive director of the Breast Center and as a consultant MRI inspector for American Medical International. She had a passion for all things living which resulted in her serving as a volunteer and board member with Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma and adopting numerous stray animals.

Her creativity was on display in the clothes and costumes she made for her children when they were young and later in life through her passion for knitting. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Robert Gose, M.D., three children, Bron N. Gose, Dr. Kathryn LaFond and husband Jeff, Jessica S. Gose and Katrina McMenamy and husband Mark; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Caitlyn LaFond; her brother, Jim Johnson; and her sister, Sheryl Bryan and husband Fred. Her parents and a sister, Diana Scott, preceded her in death.
